Law of Absolute Divine Mandate
This law is the product of two Divine Decrees, on every known as the Law of Divine Mandate, which limits only Gods and Underlords, with the exception of Isa, to making Divine Decrees and the Law of Concordance which decrees that all entities able to create a Divine Decree must be in agreement to create, alter or annul a Divine Decree.
