Age of Alphatia

The humans of Oceana were the first to come into their own. According to the fragments of myths from Alphatia, the God Hermes stole the knowledge of magic from Olympus and brought it to the humans on Alphatia, a continent said to have existed in the middle of Oceana. With the understanding of wizardry, the Alphatians conquered their own continent and then spread to Caldonia.   Some say hubris caused the downfall of Alphatia, darker lore blames the aboleth. What is known is that Alphatia sank beneath the oceans, never to be heard from again.
