Prophecy of Power

  The Prophecy of Power comes much later than Second Christmas Prophecy. It is the only prophecy to be known to the now-full Guardians of Childhood. The thirteen do their thing and this one comes along notifying them of one more to complete the circle of leadership.   It is the first of two known after magic leaves and all mystical species go with it.   The Guardians do not know when a babe will be born but that it will. And it is the first one known to Gertrude who is an Honorary Guardian.   All wait until a sign gives them proof that their eventual completion of the Council of Childhood Guardians is here.   The thirteen wait for many years.   Upon the birth of Baxter Jevon Oran Baggs and a glow of bright multi-colored light and a simmering glow of red and green surround the baby, they now know the birth of a baby has happened. This babe, Baxter Jevon Oran Baggs, is the one who is their final member and it seems like he was chosen for some reason. What is not known.  

Spread/Apocrypha

This prophetic saying is only common knowledge to the Rulers of Magic and Gertrude Claus.   However, both prophecies involving Baxter are not known to the leaders as those were known only came after they had gone into the portals.   Being as wise as The Guardians of Childhood were, it was decided that Baxter be allowed to mature and have the knowledge before they asked him. It was simply a win-win situation! And it worked great!  

Historical Basis

Baxter's entrance into the realm, on the other hand, is also an historical event in the magical world.   This came to be a major historical event for several reasons. One is him being the Prime Merlinean (unknown to all who he actually was) and also the one needed to return the full power of Magic back.
