Magic’s Final Battle Prophecy

In the centuries since the Original Clauses amd Original Eight left, another prophecy camne to light. But this one was known to be coming. It was said to have been "etched into the stars and into Ancient Power at the dawn of time".   As the only Guardian not there, Nicholas is the first one to have left before it can take place. Baxter, knowing he is not alone, takes peace in the fact that his own family is with him even if a member is absent.     This prophecy comes to light in the centuries since Nicholas, Gertrude, and Original Eight (2nd Generation) have left the plane. From 3030 to the Battle in 3050,The Rulers took notice as everything came to be affected.   Ley Lines, the mystical energy power network of magic, also is not as powerful as it was. Magical Items would always run out of energy.   During each Summer Solstice (Litha), nothing worked and there was no renewal of Magic so the monuments that used Magic also powered down. It seemed that Magic was leaving! When the Spirit Meters on the Grand Council Hall Wall at HQ were seen, they did the same thing about only 30% of energy left.   When it came to be known, there were many talks in preparation for it. The battle, itself, was fought by every Human and Mystical Being alive! For it was fought with belief. And Mankind showed they knew how important it is for the survival of this planet.

This prophetic saying is only common knowledge to the Rulers of Magic and Gods. However, it soon is known to the world.   However, both prophecies involving Baxter are not known to the leaders as those were known only came after they had gone into the portals.   Being as wise as The Guardians of Childhood were, it was decided that Baxter be allowed to mature and have the knowledge before they asked him. It was simply a win-win situation! And it worked great!  

Historical Basis

Baxter's entrance into the realm, on the other hand, is an historical event in the magical world.   This came to be a major historical event for several reasons. One is him being the Prime Merlinean (unknown to all who he actually was) and also the one needed to return the full power of Magic back.   The Prophecy of Power is the last known as it comes much later. It is also the last to come true and complete the circle of leadership. Gertrude and the Rulers are the only ones in 1850AD. But this foretelling gives them something to look forward. And an eventual completion of the Council of Childhood Guardians.   They patiently wait. And in the meantime, talk about it. Six decades pass. A child is born. It is only the Rulers that see it but a glow of bright multi-colored light and a simmering glow of red and green surround the baby.   The baby is known as Baxter Jevon Oran Baggs. For this baby changes everything, their whole world!   The Return of Ancient Earthly Magic or Magic Rebirth Divination is what truly confirms Baxter to be AEP’s Chosen One (Powerful Sorcerer and Saviour) they were waiting for.   He is also obviously a key part in the return of Earthly Power. All pledge to watch Baxter. Nicholas has a plan. When it is time, he puts it into action.   When Baxter takes the oath written long ago, it turns out he is the Prime Merlinean and Guardian of Belief.
