Xerxes Phike
Xerxes (he/they) is a young man who can often be seen loitering around the train station if not around the rest of town, especially in the Opal Eye. The son of the stationmaster, he has a silver tongue and wicked sarcasm. He is blind, though they don't let this limit them in any way. (Emily)
