Sir Lysander has been a member of the governing council of Veil’s End for some time. Hailing from Juniper Landing and migrating to Veil’s end a couple years after the end of the Firewater Wars, Sir Lysander quickly rose in to become the leader of the Golden Banner of Veil’s end due to his great administrative and commanding abilities, as well as his relentless style of battle.
