Harper Rhode
(Seph) (Any/All), Harper Rhode is a strange warforged bounty hunter with a bounty in every single region, which is why he lives in Veil's End. He is watching these adventurers from the other world of Faerun with interest, but these are unknown. He can be found in a room at the High Rise inn or occasionally throughout the town, seemingly waiting for something to happen. Not much is known about them, but they seem to come from Savra.
