(seph) (She/Her), Florence Montana is a noblewoman from Faerun who was very wealthy, but would never inherit the lands of the Montana family, so she packed up her things and moved to the new world of Valoris. She used her charisma and gold to make waves across Veil's End, quickly acquiring a leadership position over the whole city as the leader of the Opal Eye. She expects the members of her faction to act professionally and to get their jobs done, she is often disappointed. Her approval is infamously hard to get because she has very high standards for everyone and expects noble decorum.
