Charlie Boltstar
(Arthur) Charlie mans his ramshackle store selling strange and whimsical commodities while encouraging patrons to purchase things they do not need. Charlie is as energetic as he is silly. A quirk is he gets excited by the concept of self indulgence. As a devout follower of the long dead Deciever, Charlie seeks to spread the good word of selfishness in his own silly way.
