The Refulgent Council
Among this council lies 12 individuals, each house having a Cardinal Researcher, a Magus, and a Vice Magus. The Magus is the head of the entire house it represents. House Sparrow is the exception, with the ruling Arch Magus under their tow. Typically speaking, though the council debates rulings and additions to districts, Sparrow has more weight to most decisions made on a grander scale for Hidel. The council meets in the “House of Cards”, a large, twirling spire, in the middle of the city.
Though every member in each house has their own last names, most members often choose to not disclose them in favor of using the house's name as their surname.
For citizens of Throntrit , the names are public knowledge.
