The Osmein empire used to own the entirety of Isia, until Rotgut’s Rollers took the lower half. This Empires Patron goddess is Olulla - Goddess of Water . The banners used by the Osmein Empire features a large fountain on their crest. Individuals from Osmein covet water above all else. Currently at War with the Rotgut Rollers.
