Context

Ari Ghannam was brought onto the International Space Station as part of an art initiative by ARC, to document dozens of photographs of space and the upper atmosphere of the different realms, including that of Earth. Ari Ghannam was able to take a photograph shortly before the ISS was hit by a powerful magic blast that had been released by The Withering.
