Council of Elders
The Council of Elders is an organisation that works with the two Kings of Doranor. They oversee the laws and legislation of the kingdom and can even work together to expel a King if the people launch a formal investigation. The power of the Kingdom lays with them, although one of the Kings sits on the council as well.
The King responsible for governing the kingdom works closely with the council and spends much of his time working out diplomatic matters on behalf of both kings.
Structure
The organisation has no leader within itself, instead it is ruled by the Kings. In the end, the council has some power of the Kings and can make decisions over them.
Public Agenda
The Council of Elders is highly respected by the peoples of Doranor. Some people may spend their lives waiting to get old and be of age to join.
History
The council has helped to form many laws within Doranor including that of outlawing the profession of stewsman. They also have outlawed and exiled a king in the past.

They reside in Doranor and the council consists of about 13 elders.
Military
They are connected to the Kings’ military who are able to enforce the laws set by the council.

Members of the council may know people from across the world to benefit the kingdom and theirselves.
Education
The elders usually have high education as they need to be knowledgeable for this position, they also have to wait to be a certain age to be elected as this ensures they have adequate life experience.
