Brimstone Cattleman's Society and Stockyard
The stockyard has a sizable corral and stock pen with a large covered paddock situated near the new rail station. A small business office sits adjacent to the paddock. The Society provides livestock auction services, breeding records and brand registration among many other services for the cattlemen of the area. The Society also provides a new stockyard to collect cattle for sale, waiting to hit the trail or waiting for rail transport. Prices for these services vary based on the size of herd and amount of time the cattle will be kept. Darnel Bassett is the auctioneer and manager.
