Elduris Flower

Elduris Flower is a one of a kind magical flower. It grows only on The Forge, only directly after one of its lava flows and it can be found in increasing amounts the closer to the caldera you go. The Elduris Flower is a charcoal black flower with what look like veins of embers running through it that grows into a bulb of petals, the flower tends to grow in small bunches over greyish black heart shaped leaves. The Flower grows out of the volcanic ash around lava flows that flow from the caldera of The Forge. The Elduris Flower is immune to fire being unable to burn, and due to its magical nature produces heat and embers consistently. When the Flower of the Elduris plant is plucked it will last almost indefinitely, if contained the Flower can be crushed, crumped or pressed against a flammable object as a consistent way to start a fire. If brewed in Alchemy the Flower has been show to increase volatility and can be used in alchemical fire that cannot be put out. The leaves are often used to make poultices of the highest quality and can be used to brew fire resistance into things. Due to its unique location and its difficulty to acquire Elduris flower is highly sought after and extremely expensive.
