I, Mark the Miner, heretofore referred to in the first person (I/ME) declare my intentions on the life of Mark the Miner, heretofore referred to as THE SUBJECT. In accordance with Article 411b as set down by the International Council in 551, I hereby appoint Ghulderi von Middleton, heretofore referred to as THE POTIONS MASTER, to act in my stead.   I declare in this statement that THE POTIONS MASTER is exempt from punishment for the death of THE SUBJECT, as this death is on my hands.
