Steel Lotus
Near the border of THE MIDDLE LANDS lies the city of Steel Lotus. It is here that the palace to the queen lies, making it the capital of An-Teng. This was also the seat of the Realm satrap, and the housing of all the Dragon-Blooded that used to live here. This made Steel Lotus a very wealthy city, quickly growing bigger than any other city in the country. Today there is only a handful of Dragon-Blooded, the diplomats and adventure seekers that still dare go here are few. Steel Lotus has turned mostly into slums, except for the luxurious inner sanctums where the palace lies.
