Terez's Spellbook

A simple black tome belonging to Terez, the seer of the Dusksplinter coven, excessively heavy for a book. The entire book consists of sheets of polished, smooth silver covered in shallow etchings, uninked and more clear to the touch than to sight. An inlay at the cover is scratched casually, "Expedition Spellbook - safe to travel with, no traps, backed up"   When revealed by translation magics, the contents are revealed.   1st Level: false life, identify, expeditious retreat, mage armour, shield, protection from evil and good, cause fear, feather fall, sleep, gift of alacrity   2nd Level: augury, hold person, mirror image, blindness/deafness, ray of enfeeblement, fortune's favor, locate object   3rd Level: animate dead, slow, haste, pulse wave, fireball, bestow curse, counterspell, dispel magic, remove curse   4th Level: dimension door, vitriolic sphere, blight, polymorph, gravity sinkhole, divination, locate creature   5th Level: temporal shunt, cloudkill, scrying, contact other plane, animate objects, infernal calling, teleportation circle   6th Level: disintegrate, eye bite, gravity fissure, mass suggestion, summon fiend   7th Level: teleport, finger of death, simulacrum, plane shift   8th Level: etherealness, reality break, clone
