Chosen of Ruvern

A blessing granted to a favoured champion of Ruvern, the Black Wolf of Change, the Traveler, the Nameless Wanderer, and the Changebringer.   Controlled Lycanthropy. You automatically pass any Bloodlust checks required as part of your Hybrid Transformation.   The Black Wolf. As a bonus action while you are transformed by your Hybrid Transformation, you may invoke the power of Ruvern's influence over change, cunning, deception and chaos to gain the following benefits for 1 minute:

• At the beginning of your turn, you and any creatures you choose who are within 60 ft. of you and not in their natural form are granted 2d10 temporary hit points.
• You gain advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) rolls, and may attempt to Hide as a bonus action.
• When you hit a creature that you are hidden from with an attack, it deals an additional 2d6 psychic damage.
• When you hit a creature with a melee attack, you may inflict the chaos of Ruvern. The creature must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw with DC equal to 8 + your proficiency + your Wisdom modifier, or be struck by false images and chaotic sounds, suffering the effects of the confusion spell until the end of their next turn. On a successful save, they become immune to this effect for 24 hours.

After 1 minute, these effects end, and cannot be invoked again until 1 week has passed.   First Ruverni. When another creature consumes your blood on three consecutive nights, they become affected by Traveler's Lycanthropy. While affected, they gain access to a poorly controlled, limited form of Hybrid Transformation, with the potential to learn how to control it. Whenever an affected creature begins their turn on less than half their maximum hit points, they must succeed on a DC 10 Wisdom saving throw or transform, gaining the appearance and traits of your Hybrid Transformation for 1 minute, until they fall unconscious or until they die. During this time, they have disadvantage on saving throws made to avoid Boodlust. They may attempt to willingly enter this form by spending an action to attempt a DC 20 Wisdom check, made with advantage if they have less than half of their maximum health. After leaving their Hybrid form, they cannot enter it again through any means until they have completed a long rest. If targeted by a spell such as remove curse or other similar effect, the lycanthropy is removed.   With time and training, they may learn greater control over this power by taking levels in blood hunter, and choosing the Order of the Lycan archetype at 3rd level, after which this trait is replaced by the full Hybrid Transformation trait of the archetype, and they gain the Controlled Lycanthropy trait listed above.
