Slate Book
This district is the official meeting place of the Senate of Magisters. The Magisterium is located at its center with offices and council buildings surrounding it. Anybody from any district can come here to make a plea or suggest an idea to their districts Magister, and weekly meetings are held here. Even the Monarchy and General come to the Magisterium for their meetings, only meeting at the palace if there is no other way, or there is a safety concern. Most of the time the meetings at the Magisterium are public, and anybody can come and watch them, space allowing. On the occasion that a meeting must be held in private they will post notice for the public. Anybody who wishes to run for Magister of their district can come to the offices here to file the official paperwork and get the information and aid needed to run for the elections. The Slate Book district has no Magister.
