Life Alert

The remaining/reviving sisters/brothers of Chauntea are going through the city and promoting their new "Life Insurance" services to adventurers. In exchange for a monthly "donation" of 100 gold, you are given a "Life Alert" pendant, which has a button that when pressed, alerts a monk/sister of Chauntea to teleport and revivify you. (This MUST be within the territory of Waterdeep and on the Material Plane).

The new Temple of Chauntea is becoming corrupted however by a new leader, Brother Whitty. He is actively trying to make the temple a major location in Waterdeep by increasing the monthly donations, including annual service caps, and requiring that post-revivify the patient must submit a claim that can be denied based on how "necessary" they deemed the revivification service. He also wants to get his diamond supply from offshore mining efforts run by enslaved dwarves. This guy really sucks.
