Emperor Neb-Ka Sulzain
Neb-Ka Sulzain is the 14th Emperor of the Osarian Empire. He took the position after the last emperor fell in battle during the Osarian-Warsu War. He has reigned for 23 years. It is believed he is of the Aasimar lineage but the Sulzain has been reclusive and secretive far before taking the throne.
Emperor Neb-Ka has rarely been seen making public appearances after his coronation. It is the one and only time his people have seen his face. Instead, Emperor Neb-Ka wears a golden mask over his face and does not remove it, even when speaking with the council. Emperor Neb-Ka is also a quiet and observant figure in the council. He does not speak much but when he does, his words are powerful and thunderous.
