Marithyn

Overview: The Marithyn, or Sea Elves, are an aquatic elven ethnicity who inhabit the vast oceans and coastal regions of Wakodia. Known for their grace and adaptability, they have built thriving underwater cities and foster a unique culture tied to the tides and marine life.   Physical Traits: Marithyn have pearlescent or light blue skin, with hair resembling ocean waves in shades of turquoise, green, or silver. Their eyes are large and luminous, mirroring the depths of the sea in color and mystery.   Culture and Society: Sea Elves live in harmonious communities beneath the waves, often near coral reefs or sunken ruins. They are skilled navigators, swimmers, and healers, with a deep respect for the ocean and its creatures.   Region: Marithyn are primarily found in their underwater cities, such as those near the Azure Depths. Their influence extends to the coasts of Stonefell and Ramaal, where they sometimes interact with land-dwelling races.   Faith and Beliefs: The Marithyn worship Aqualon, the God of the Sea, who they believe saved their ancestors from drowning and granted them their aquatic nature. Their rituals often involve water blessings and songs carried by the tides.
