Skyreach Breakthrough - Wings of Lightbending

An example of a breakthrough that landed a returned Hue a place in Skyreach. This Hue, who spent his exile among Aurora’s awakened animal tribes unveils a pair of mechanical wings that do not flap but instead fold light (whether it be sun, moon, stars, or manmade) into solid feathers. He stands atop the Alabaster Frame as a show to the Consortium upon his return. The wings are released from the highest launchpad at dawn; they then catch the first rays of sun to fly in perfect silence before gently settling onto the in the center of Glasshold. The Consortium and watching crowd do not cheer. They simply exhale in collective wonder and murmur the prayer together.

Wings of Lightbending use the power of surrounding light but only has limited storage. It will grant the wearer the use of the Fly spell. Uses and duration are dependent on the level of the item's creator.
