Hikaru
Hikaru is the god of revelry, music, and dance. During the Transcendent War, he chose the side of Yokubo, but spent much more of his time 'tending to the morale of the troops' then doing anything resembling fighting. Hanabi resents him for his lack luster effort in the war.
His animal form is a stag.
As a human, he takes the appearance of a dashingly good looking wandering bard. Hikaru travels Kaigara seeking to spread joy and merriment. The people of Tanochi most embrace his outlook and practically worship him, but he's very selective of who he chooses to reveal his true nature, preferring to be mistaken for a mortal.
Those souls he chooses to make into Fateborn, are talented artists, poets, and musicians, who gain the opportunity to further develop their craft and enrich the land with their talent.
