The Trailblazers: Bonsiltown's Finest

The notorious Trailblazers of Bonsiltown are known for two things: fire and goblins. These intelligent yet reckless creatures inhabit a decent-sized town several miles to the north-west of Port Huben. Bonsiltown is home to one of the strangest populations in Ordia, the Trottles. Bonsiltown, or simply Bonsil, is the only settlement in Ordia that is entirely made up of Goblins. The "Ultimate Grand Supreme" of the Trailblazers, Eckle Szekszok, is the ruling Ogglemeister (mayor) of Bonsiltown.   Eckle Szekszok is a goblin in his mid 30's that is notoriously zealous despite being so overweight, that he has four Sparksters carry him everywhere. He is the 77th mayor of Bonsiltown since it's founding in 487 PGS. Any outsider might wonder why the goblins have had 76 former Ogglemesiters in the last four decades. Any goblin would tell you that a surprising amount of them were stabbed, "accidentally" blown up, blew up, blew themselves up, were stabbed, died in a knife-filled explosion, or all of the above.   The most intelligent (or stupid) of the goblins in Bonsiltown join the Trailblazers to show the rest of Ordia one of their favorite hobbies: burning things that seem like they might be even relatively flammable. The Trailblazers are primarily mercenaries who are surprisingly effective with their strangely ingenuitive arsenal. They tend to join adventuring parties that may be looking for things of value to secure glory and, most importantly, money for Bonsiltown or themselves. Mostly themselves.

    There are only 4 ranks within the Trailblazers. From lowest to highest: the Sparksters, the Torchbearers, the Bridgeburners, and the Ultimate Grand Supreme.   The Sparksters are usually young (or stupid) goblins that attend the Torchbearers or the Bridgeburners on missions. Otherwise, the Sparksters are treated like slaves to the rest of the Trailblazers.   The Torchbearers are acknowledged as being the smartest of the Trailblazers (besides the Ultimate Grand Supreme). A goblin by the name of Vobop Grobengo is the lead Torchy (engineer) and is the inventor of some of the guild's most notorious weaponry: the Burnbox, the Firehose, the Bonsil Basher, the Hotheels, Nutbusters, the Courtpleaser, the Pigflinger, and many more. Beyond being shrewd engineers, the Torchbearers are also the most commonly seen agents of the Trailblazers in the rest of Ordia.   The Bridgeburners are the biggest, baddest, strongest, (sometimes the stupidest), and meanest of the Trailblazers. They often stand almost a foot taller than their brethren and are known for hauling some serious firepower. They are known to wield a weapon that can fling bombs at speeds over 150 miles per hour. The Bridgeburners refer to this incredibly devastating weapon as the Bitchcannon.   The Ultimate Grand Supreme is usually the Goblin that has either survived the most explosions in the past year or has created the most explosions in the last year. There are usually 5-15 competitors for this position. To settle it, the challengers fight to the death by putting their inventions (or the inventions of their fellow goblins) to good use in a tournament inside of the ever-burning Cratercourt. The Cratercourt is a massive hole in the ground stretching nearly a quarter of a mile wide. A large village of Squatfolk used to stand where the Cratercourt now lays, so the goblins are free to use their tunnels and caves as part of their battleground.
