Draconic Empire
The Draconic Empire was a foreign conquering body which took control of Vorago during a particularly long series of Seamelds. After the final seameld, the conquering dragons lost contact with their dragon emperor and fell into disarray and civil war. Most dragons on Vorago are descendants of these dragons, if not surviving members themselves.
