They will be led to a medical examiner who will determine if the person is fit enough for training and healthy. If they are they will be given a letter of recruitment, which they will take home and wait until called upon to begin training with a company. All who join must be considered an adult by their species (18+ for humans, 100+ for elves or dwarves, 60+ for half-elves) (Species such as goblins and orcs aren't allowed into the military). Males or females may join.
History
Historical loyalties
They are loyal to the King of Tolondrigna and always have been.

Skull Chariots are chariots that have a rotating ballista mounted on top of them that only requires three people to operate. A shooter, a loader, and a driver. These chariots are armored and used as artillery as well as lead charges to cause chaos among enemy lines.
The Wizard & Warlocks section of the army is extremely powerful and have mastered spells such as lightning strikes and fireballs, as well as causing tremors to disrupt enemy lines. Other spells are used defensively, magical shields and invisible barriers to obstruct movement. Other spells make people invisible, increase their speed, and hearing to make them better spies.
Elites are highly trained soldiers who go on covert operations, and specialzed missions. Not much is known about their training as they all swear an oath of secrecy but it is rumored that they are experimented on magically to have longer endurance, strength, and speed than the average person. They wear various armors, from plate suits, to enchanted and magically enhanced suits of chainmail and scale mail.
