Neirin Horn is the tow of Ansel's bard and he is often employed by his friend Owen Cooper to play music in the Waywards Tavern. He loves to play and sing sings. He has several instruments, but he specializes in the Mandolin. He grew up with his parents who both were musicians, sadly they have both passed on. But he plays in their memory and has even written a song in their memory.

He grew up with his parents who were both musicians. He grew up loving music and his father got him a custom mandolin for his eighteenth birthday. Neirin loved to play it and sing. His parents died in their sleep one night when he was 20 years old and performing at the Waywards Tavern. He mourned them but continued to play his music and improve in his skills.
