The Physics of Reality:

Cosomology:

This universe exists as a bridging point between realities, sometimes other universes overlap with this one causing things beyond understanding to spread into it. See Portals to the Beyond.

Physical Processes:

Magic is based on particles which interact not just with other particles but also with teh fabric of space and the flow of time. But the interaction with the flow of time is limited to pausing and increasing, there is no way to rewind it. These magical particles have the ability to impact the orentation, charge, and flow of other energies as well as particles (transfiguration, animation, gravity, time, space). When these particles merge with atoms they can transform them into differing elements causing those transformed items to have clear magical radiation, which slowly dwendles if not maintained by a flow of the particles. These magic particles are known as Magitons which carries it from the user. To be able to interact with these particles one much have a phsyical device to do so (items. (tech), organs.). Raw devices are harder to control therefore focusing ones control of Magitons allow for a more refined form of magic, these are done through the creation of runes which help dictate the flow of Magitons in the way and form wanted by the user. All of the Magitons created in the universe were here since the start of it and therefore are finite but are pulled by gravity therefore more abundent on plantary surfaces and cna be carried by other particles (this can cause increased levels and potancy of magic during solar events). Magitons also have a tendency to cluster in certain areas causing the density and power of magic to be amplified particullary in areas of entropy or (randomness and disorder) this causes increased entropy and therefore can lead to Magiquakes or massive outpours of magical energy causing large scale changes in those areas (unpredicably) (This can also cause tears in space and beyond the scope of the unvierse. The more disorder the larger the magiquakes that insue. This redistributes these Magitons closer to a state of equalibrium.

Chemisty:

Magitons can fused to existant elements causing them to become a differnet element but cause it to give off magitons slowly until it returns to its original form as the structure collapses, this is called magical decay. Magitons can be semi-permantly fused if the correct orientation of flow is given (runes). If magitons interact with DNA on a large enough scale this can cause rapid evolutionary change to the creatures being interacted with.

The Universe & Galaxies:

The Big Bang began when the original Magiton crashed into the hyper concentrated force of the universe blowing the Magiton across all reality evenly as well as causing the Universe to inflate. Magitons were spread across the universe as it began to expand outwards being pulled into areas of increased gravity. This causes areas of empty space to be almost devoid of Magitons except for the occasional stray. These two particles the Original Magiton & Orignal Universe Particle were both pulled in from two distinct universes through dimensional overlapping. Which is tied to Magitons before they collided.
The universe is flat but strings of space pass through it connecting it to other universes sometimes creating portals between them with the ability for things to cross between.
Blackholes form when massive stars live through their life. Supermassive blackholes form at the center of galaxies. These massive gravity wells attract Magitons which cause these areas of space to be full of physical particles as well as full of "magic".
The active Galactic center of our galaxy is a particulary Magiton dense one which causes waves of Magiton dense stars to form towards the center of it spewing these magitons to the far reaches of the galaxy in Supernova at their deaths. The increased level of Magitons towards the center causes stars forming in these regions to become increadbly dense due to the merging of particles causing them to be made from a multitude of differing elements. These massive stars made of other elements have varing effects, including massive white stars. These stars can sometimes collpase into Blackholes (Darkstars) teaming with Magitons which cause them to act unpredictably and slingshot around the galaxy. Sometimes the impact of these Magitons can cause blackholes to temperarly reverse their entropy spewing massive amounts of magic and particles out of themselves before they are able to revert their entropy back. This galaxy due to the polarity of the supermassive black(white) hole at its center is shaped irregularly with spirals. With 8 main spirals that have a squiggly shape.
This is the Galaxy of Kyma. Stars not typical of our world will be able to form thanks to the transformation of materials in high energy environments such as a star to make heavier materials much faster within.

Star:

Located within the Solum Noctua nebula, a oxbow spiral of the Kyma galaxy. The star by the name of Umbra. Umbra is 1.132 sol Masses with a radius of 1.050, it will live 7.335 billion years and will give off light at the wavelnegth 524.157. Plants would have prefered green or purple pigmentation.
