Skeggi
The Skeggi live in the far north of Fablen. They originate from the land of Isseld which is known for its dense forests, majestic fjords, stunning glaciers, and active volcanos in the northern regions. They mostly live in the coastal regions where they have easy access to the sea. They are known as explorers, raiders, sailors, warriors, traders, and craftsmen.
The Skeggi typically have blonde or brunette hair and blue eyes are common.

Ideals
Beauty Ideals
Women’s hair is kept long and braided, where as men’s hair is usually kept short or shaved in a glib hairstyle, or kept longer at shoulder length. Men are expected to keep their hair and beard braided, combed and neatly taken care of. If a man is overweight he is seen as very wealthy.
Gender Ideals
While women in Skeggi culture are more free than women to the south, they are still expected to be caretakers of the home and the children. Despite this, women are also expected to train in martial arts, such as wrestling and combat, as they would be the last line of defence if they were attacked. Women also are able to inherit property if there is no other male family member. If a woman killed her husband, she would keep her social standing, land, an all other property.
