Venom of Unholy Immolation

The term venom here is something of a misnomer that entered the common Vernacular. It is a man made poison, but given it's appearance to be a somewhat sludgy red substance and its common administration being injected.   The target of the poison begins with a fever, their body growing warm from the poison wracking them. When they do eventually begin to burn it manifests as the oils from their body igniting as they leave the body and wreathing them in spectral flames that glow and char their skin.   5e Effects   Con Save, DC 8 + Poisoner's kit   It takes 1 hour to come into effect, the target steadily growing more uncomfortable from the heat, if the save is failed it deals 8d6 fire damage at the end of the 1 hour and 4d6 damage each turn until the target dies or is cured. On a successful save, the target is wracked with a fever for 24 hours, then healed. For either the hour or the 24 hours, dependent on the save they are subject to the poisoned condition.

Manufacturing process

This Venom is refined in an alchemical or poisoner's kit, the powdered components being mixed into the liquid ones to generate the thick sludgy mass, typically, it must be magically enchanted as well, though some state this is not necessary.
