The capital city of Totester, located at the mouth of the river Tote.
Infrastructure
Located on both shores of the rivers mouth joined by a mighty bridge made of the same mysterious stone as the roads that cross the country. The Long Bridge is tall enough in some section to allow ships of a height of 150 meters to pass beneath at low tide, all ships greater than that height must berth in the outer harbors.
