Potion of the Swift End
This luminescent green potion is a favored of assassins that need to dispose of targets with strong magical protections. It is fairly innocuous when mixed into an alcoholic drink or strong flavored beverage. However, it does have a tendency to tinge the beverage a variety of colours, green if it does not contain alcohol or purple if alcoholic.
The major issue with its use is that it requires a sample of the target, its efficacy is determined based on the exact component added.

When injected, target makes Constitution saving throws with Disadvantage
When ingested, Save is made normally
When afflicted, target must make Con save every minute for 25 minutes, for each failed save, the target takes a level of exhaustion
In the heat of battle, it is possible to collect a sample from a target, however, to mix and prepare a solution in the heat of battle requires an entire round's efforts, consuming movement, bonus action, action, and reaction, if you are damaged during this time, you must make a concentration saving throw as per a spell concentration, or repeat for the next round.
If administered in the heat of battle, or battle is joined after the fact, the poison works much more rapidly, the target making a Con Save at the end of each of its turns
Manufacturing process
The mixture is filtered through a poisoner or Alchemist's kit, refined and purified over a fire elemental's brazier and prepared into a solution that is then packaged and awaiting a component of the target
Significance
It is only made by a few alchemists in the Nadiran Trade Syndicate and a closely guarded secret outside of that though it is included in Potions, Poisons and Salves: An Alchemical Compendium
