On the east coast of Aikall this mountainous country is ruled by both a legislative body of representatives of the citizens and the ruling monarch. This is a slave state where a large portion of the people who live here are born into slavery. Slaves, upon the indoctrination into their trade, are marked with a tattoo designating their role in society.
