Hemera Curses the Elven Royal Family

Hemera places a curse on the Elven bloodline and any rulers of large Elven populations. The curse states that the cursed will commit terrible acts and act “crazy.” They act cruel to people, either to the masses or their family/friends. They are given extra power at the expense of being more paranoid.
