Born on the outskirts of VoM, Damien grew up climbing mountains and with Alainn. His parents left him with an Alainn family for the first 10 years of his life, after he turned 11, his parents reclaimed both him and his twin sister. His sister, a poet, left him after she married a member of the old Alainn royal court.
