Ruen Towers

They don’t call it "Ruin Towers" for nothing. Every floor’s a reminder: you either climb or get left behind.

  The Ruen Towers are more than just dormitories—they're a statement. A vertical hierarchy of prestige, power, and presence, where every floor is earned and every feature reminds students exactly where they stand in the academy's brutal ladder of excellence.
  Rising on the west side of campus in the Ebon Park District, the Ruen Towers—nicknamed "The Ruin Towers" by students—stand like mirrored sentinels, watching everything below with quiet judgment. Three sleek, eighteen-story smartglass towers dominate the skyline, one for each student year. Reserved exclusively for Gold and Platinum-ranked students, these buildings aren’t just dorms—they're altitude and attitude in steel and glass.
  Mirrored smartglass exteriors shimmer by day and glow faintly by night. Floor-to-ceiling windows adjust tint and privacy levels automatically or by personal setting. Silent elevators use gesture-responsive controls, and ambient lighting in the halls shifts based on sound and movement. All interior aesthetics reflect smooth lines, dark marble, brushed steel, and tonal textures.
  The towers represent rank, power, and presence in physical form. Access to each floor is strictly controlled by rank, and your place in the building reflects exactly where you stand in the academy’s hierarchy.
  Every floor is a statement. The lighting adjusts to your presence, the walls respond to your voice, and the glass can vanish into transparency or blackout silence. These aren't enhancements—they're expectations. Reserved exclusively for Gold and Platinum-ranked students, these towers embody luxury, and status.
  Each of the three buildings houses a single year cohort, with exactly 100 students per tower. All rooms are singles, and floors are assigned by academic rank—higher ranks live higher up.
 

Inside The Towers

Only Gold and Platinum students may reside in the Ruen Towers. The dorm rooms are strictly segregated by rank with Gold Tier on floors 7–14, and Platinum Tier on floors 15–18.  

Standard Student Floor Access

The Ruen Towers' residential levels are outfitted with state-of-the-art systems and luxury comforts designed to reflect each student's rank and presence. Every room comes equipped with the following enhancements:  

• Private reinforced balcony with heat-regulating flooring and panoramic safety glass
• Floor-to-ceiling windows with electro-glass paneling (clear, tinted, or full privacy mode)
• Climate-controlled interiors with ambient lighting and temperature sync
• Smartwall panels for voice-activated controls (lighting, music, privacy glass, etc.)
• Lighting, temperature, and sound adjust automatically based on presence or command
• Holo-glass desks shift between study, rest, or media mode depending on use
• All door and elevator access is rank-linked with panoramic safety glass

 

Ground Floor — Grand Atrium & Residential Services

The ground floor of each Ruen Tower includes a full-service cafeteria that provides breakfast and dinner daily in an upscale, buffet-style setting. Students are greeted by a concierge desk where deliveries, visitor check-ins, and special service requests are managed. A digital rank board, projected in midair, constantly updates with the top-ranking students for each cohort.
  Students residing in the Ruen Towers do not do their own laundry. A premium 24-hour laundry suite handles everything—scent-programmed washers, private folding stations, and valet-style pickup and delivery are all included, with additional perks for Platinum residents.  

Second Floor — Gilded Study Hall & Academic Suite

This floor features sound-dampened private study pods and conference tables, creating an ideal space for focus and concentration. Reserved tutoring booths and collaborative work zones allow students to study in pairs or small groups. All furnishings are equipped with smart interfaces for live projection, syncing seamlessly with personal devices and class content.  

Third Floor — Lounge & Entertainment Hall

This floor features plush velvet lounge seating with panoramic views, perfect for winding down or hosting casual meetups. There is a mini theater that includes private viewing booths with immersive holographic projection, while Platinum-tier students have access to an exclusive VIP seating corner complete with programmable window displays and a discreet privacy field.
  Steep Dreams, a mocktail and tea bar, stays open from 8:00 PM to 2:00 AM, offering a relaxed space for late-night socializing. The menu rotates weekly with seasonal blends, custom infusions, and sparkling mocktails served in glassware that reacts to heat and touch. Low lighting, velvet seats, and ambient background music make it a favorite after-hours stop for both winding down and whispered conversations. It’s especially known as a favored retreat for off-duty EVE members looking to decompress before bed.
 

Fourth Floor — Fitness & Recovery Studio

This floor offers private-use fitness pods, fully equipped cardio stations, and strength training rooms tailored to individual needs. A dedicated recovery suite provides cold towels, cushioned mats, and a hydration bar for post-workout restoration. The space is wrapped in sleek, matte finishes and designed to promote quiet discipline and focused training.
 

Fifth Floor — Gendered Wellness Baths

The male-only and female-only thermal baths share the same floor but are strictly separated, and entering the opposite bath is prohibited. Each space features a tranquil atmosphere with natural stone designs, waterfall features, and full spa amenities. Shower areas include private enclosed stalls with detachable heads for easy rinsing, and the heated floors and plush changing lounges add a touch of indulgence. Premium products and calm rest zones are available for all residents. with natural stone design, waterfall features, and full spa amenities.
  Shower Area: A line of shampoo, body wash, and other toiletries are provided in the shared space. These showers are open, allowing quick access to the soaking tubs.
  Bathing Area: The bath area consists of large soaking tubs, filled with warm water, and are made from smooth stone. The atmosphere is peaceful, with soft ambient lighting and steam filling the room to create a soothing environment.
   

Sixth Floor — Mixed Bath Retreat

The mixed communal bath on this floor is open to all students and offers similar amenities as the single-sex baths, with a few key differences to ensure privacy and comfort.
  The entire bath area has scenic ceiling projections mimic real-time skies.
  Shower Area with Curtains: The shower stalls in this bath feature curtains for added privacy. Each stall has a shower head and a seating bench to allow for a thorough cleansing before entering the soaking area.
  Bathing Area: The large, shared soaking tubs are positioned to accommodate both male and female students, while maintaining a respectful and tranquil atmosphere. The room’s layout and natural stone design create a communal experience that remains serene and comfortable for all students.
 

Seventh to Fourteenth Floor — Gold Tier Dorms

These floors house the majority of Gold-ranked students, offering modern, efficient spaces with premium comfort. There are 75 rooms total, distributed evenly across 8 floors.
  While the rooms aren't as expansive as those on the upper floors, they offer privacy, personal amenities, and style that far surpass standard dorm expectations.
  Gold Rank Dorms:   Includes:

• A full-size platform bed with built-in storage drawers and a headboard with integrated shelving and a charging station.
• A larger desk with built-in LED lighting and a study chair.
• A mirrored sliding door closet, and a half-bath with a vanity sink, mirrored medicine cabinet, and under-sink storage.
• A larger window with curtains, letting in ample natural light.

 

Fifteenth to Seventeenth Floor — Platinum Tier Dorms

These three floors house 22 spacious suites in total—eight each on Floors 15 and 16, and six on Floor 17. Designed for upper-tier Platinum students, these floors offer expanded space, privacy, and refined features that signal elevated status. Larger balconies, enhanced in-room systems, and exclusive elevator access reflect the prestige of those who’ve climbed into the academy’s top ranks.
    Platinum Dorm Room Includes:

• Private elevator access begins from Floor 15 upward.
• Programmable panoramic displays, custom room scent/light programming, and concealed compartments.
• A separate living area with a sofa, loveseat, coffee table, kitchenette, dining table, and a mounted flat-screen TV with built-in speakers for entertainment.
• The kitchenette with full-size fridge, microwave, and a sink.
• Full bathroom with oversized shower, extended counter, and separate toilet room.
• Larger private balconies than Gold Tier rooms.

 

Eighteenth Floor — Premium Platinum Dorms

These exclusive top-floor suites are reserved for the highest-ranking students and offer unmatched privacy, elegance, and space. With only three rooms on this floor, each suite provides sweeping views and elevated layouts that blend luxury and power into an unforgettable residential experience.
  Premium Platinum Dorms Includes:

• Platinum-tier suites include programmable panoramic displays and concealed compartments
• Split-level layout with grand living space, private study, and master bedroom
• King-size bed, oversized walk-in wardrobe, concealed storage options
• Living room and bedroom feature programmable skylight ceilings; bedroom or study includes a split-level elevation, giving the impression of layered space and control
• Private spa-grade bathroom with sunken soaking tub, enclosed rainfall shower, and seated vanity
• Kitchenette with upgraded finishes and sound control
• Largest private balconies in the tower, with heat-regulating floors and panoramic glass
• Electro-glass paneling throughout the suite
• Rank-priority room service and guest clearance
• Enhanced security and personal elevator access
