Week 1 Nourishment
Assignment 1: Integrate with the world of Vicious Circles
- Recruiting syndicate members into forming gangs
- Getting sheep (non magical students) to be pawns/willing pawns of gangs or gang-related activities in Vikan Academy without their knowledge
- Additional food/sweets/snacks that are often eating on campus
- Off campus restaurant with food menu that differs from what is given on campus. Maybe restaurant is more adult themed
- The way money flows for gang activities to nourish it success
- The way way the EVE nourishes it success and keeps being the number one Student club with money and access to things that are considered wild beyond Normal Vikan Academy standards
- Food mythical/mystical/magical property like the Black Heart Plum that nourishes gang members spiritually (Think Black Heart Reserve)
- Black Heart Plum and how its used for other rituals and ingredients associates with rituals, adult-themed activities, etc.
- What other foods are used in rituals with the EVE
- What rituals / rites / activities nourishes bonds between gang members
Rites / rituals/ activities that nourishes keep the EVE a neutral zone despite all the rival gangs / enemies under one roof for hours. What code of conduct must be followed.
- How the Myria magic source is connected to the Nexus plane. What is pulled from the Nexus energy that makes the Myria not only magical and powerful but also dangerous.
- The philosophy that goes behind the Vikan Academy school motto: Ab initio. Ab intra. Ad finem. (From The Beginning. From Within. To the End)
- How student ranks fuel competition and criminal initiatives in Vikan Academy both with students and with criminal members on and off campus.
Assignment 2: The Pledge
Week 2 Roots
Assignment1: Ideas about roots
- How Cerellea became the wealthy man’s paradise? What defining moment made it the go to place for the wealthy? How is Cerella the fantasy world’s version of Dubai, Las Vegas, Macau?
- Roots of a gang and how the past changed them to who they are now. How they went from a notorious gang to a myth/legend that makes people question if they really exist. How they went from the streets to ruling the city from the shadows.
- The root of magic itself. How did the first syndicate gain its first true queen and what kept it a matriarchal run gang rather than a patriarchal?
- The incident that made the gods of this world the gods.
- What makes the powerful families powerful? What resources do they control? How close are they to the source of magic? What about them makes others consider them powerful enough suggest being wary of them? Is it only magic that defines them or something else?
- The root of the clan system and class ranking in the syndicate organization and why is there a hierarchy?
- How is the syndicate culture then different from the syndicate culture now?
Assignment 2:
Improve primer article to include more information regarding the school. Actually, work on my meta to discover to make it more engaging for my audience. Finish CSS design.
Assignment 3:
I want to change the fact that my writing is very formal and stiff. I want it to be more engaging and more fun to read. Fun as in keeps the reader entertaining rather than feeling like a textbook.
Week 3 Metamorphosis
Assignment 1:
- How can a country go from poverty to one of the richest and most sought out places to visit in the matter of a few years? What supernatural and natural elements can lead to this metamorphosis?
- The adaption of where luxury goods become the new common for Cerellean citizens? What would be considered luxury for Cerellean citizens vs tourists/visitors? Are Cerellean citizens considered trendsetters or a culture on their own? How does this spur change/metamorphosis? Why does it spur change/metamorphosis?
- How are the changes in leadership in the Syndicate affecting Cerellea as a whole both on the surface and behind the scenes in the shadows?
- What negative impacts are Cerellean citizens seeing that they want halted so it doesn’t affect their ways of life? What activities are undermining its social and cultural norms, such as disrespecting customs, public intoxication, criticism of its government, culture or laws, etc?
- What about the Syndicate?
Assignment 2:
I'm currently learning more about dark romance especially in regards to bringing more tension to my stories. I'm still new to using dark themes and really focusing them into the ore and story telling.

Week 4: Tomorrow
Assignment 1
- Is the Syndicate trying to gain control over the entire empire throught the sadows mimicking the same power as the gods before their disappearance?
- What does the future look like for the Syndicate? What kind of future does the syndicate as a whole look for and why?
- What does the future look like through each member of the hierarchy’s eyes?
- How does the future views make Syndicate members want to compete in the Trials to change it?
- How will the current Trial of Selection impact not only the Syndicate as a whole, but also each individual faction? Each class? What aspects of the trial might cause small rifts within the community—and what might lead to larger chasms? Are there areas where the trial won’t result in real change, such as the entrenched power of the wealthy—meaning the lives of those at the bottom may remain unaffected, regardless of which faction comes out on top?
- Why is the current Trial of Selection such a big deal—beyond just the chance to become the future ruler of the organization? What makes this trial different from other Trials were the current ruler is searching for its next heir?
Assignment 2
My writing space will be mainly my laptop. I do have bi-weekly meet up with my writing group so I'm able to do my writing there.
Assignment 3
I have a few friends who will be accountability buddies. I am also a part of a writing group.
