Etheral Plane
This plane is the ideal place for reconnaissance as you cannot be seen or heard by beings on the overlapping planes except by magical means. Solid objects do not hamper your movement while moving through an area that exists on a separate plane. Ether Cyclones appear randomly throughout the plane; hurling travelers, inhabitants, and debris across the expanse.
Geography
This is a misty, fog-bound realm with "shores" overlapping Vhalli, the Feywild, Shadowfell, the elemental planes, and the Elemental Chaos. Every location on those planes exists here though misty and shrouded. The depths of this plane is roiling mists and limited visibility with colored curtains scattered throughout.
Fauna & Flora
Elementals, genies, Salamanders, and the occasional celestial, fiend, or fey, as well as other travelers.
