The Atheneum of Arelion is a towering edifice of white Starsteel Quartz veined with shimmering blue crystal, standing as a beacon of knowledge and magical prowess in East Parish. Its design reflects the harmonious blend of Elven craftsmanship and arcane innovation, with graceful arches, high-vaulted ceilings, and an ethereal glow that seems to emanate from within the walls. Enchanted lanterns float along its exterior, illuminating its intricate carvings of celestial constellations and legendary figures from the Celestial Concord.Upon entering, visitors are greeted by an awe-inspiring grand hall filled with floating shelves, spiraling staircases, and softly glowing glyphs that act as navigational aids.
