Lutecia

Lutecia is a coastal town located on the southern coast of the Hekkeran Empire, nestled right next to the outlet of the Gydra River flowing into the Greycroft Sea. At first glance, it seems like a typical fishing village, with its small boats bobbing on the waves and nets drying in the sun. However, recent events have given the town a more ominous feel. Rumors have been circulating about strange occurrences happening at night. Some say that they have seen strange figures moving about in the shadows, while others have reported eerie chanting and flickering lights from the town's abandoned lighthouse.
