A Singular Massive Fleet. The Fleet tends to be roughly keeping the power equivalent to the strongest Classis within the Navy. The Difference between it and any other Classis is that this one has their Own Ship Foundry and Recruits from Veterans or Overachieving Recruits. Their Ship Captains have full control over their ships with the ability to modify them and request changes to the frame or crew.
