Meta Materials

When technology advanced, and the alloys got more and more complex a new Revolution arrived. where before Materials, alloys anything had to be sourced of the raw progenitor resources, this is no longer the case.
Meta Materials, Unlike regular are a sort of Slurry of the various Periodic Blocks. Each of the Periodic Block Meta Materials can be combined or taken pure, to create and form any material the Percentage could feasibly form. Even Atomically and Molecular very difficult strings of materials can be formed.
Meta Materials are the building block of any Higher Advanced Sector, Planet etc. Using them effectively does require a certain level of Technology and not having the required tools and Computing to either get the Raw Material requested or in some cases the already completed Product being created. Because of this Flexibility in creation being fueled by a few baseline products, It is fairly common to buy licenses of a Product and then re-create it on your end then it is to buy already completed Products.

ψ-Meta Material is an Evolution of it, Using Psionics to form and shape it, infusing it with a connection, these Materials can be "Programmed" by the Psions. This isn't actual Programming but instead giving the Material a sort of Memory. This can lead to Increased Fire resistance, Self-repairing dents, Repelling Radiation etc. It is a very difficult Process and requires alot of Skill and talent. Materials Created in that Method can be Incredibly Durable and highly Valuable.
