The Merchants. The Ming Family is less interested in large connected Systems and instead focuses on Strategic Positioned Stations, building Gateways and Terraforming. The Ming's power Comes not from their Navy but their Trade. With Tariffs and Specialist workforce, they are usually the interaction point for Vassal’s and Protectorate States as well as GISC members when they wish to trade with the core. Not because they rush to acquire more, but because they tend to be the best first option, closer and more flexible than any other Company or House. With their Success came Envy. Hurstingstone-Angus is Suspicious and probes their Operations from time to time and there are even sometimes Skirmishes with the Sens-Sancerre though never too big, as anything resembling Open Conflict would bring eyes upon it all, none of them would like.
