External Security Bureau
The External Security Bureau (ESB) is the overarching Administrative body of the Military Commands and their Procurement.
The ESB is responsible for the Recruitment, Transbranch Organization and most Administrative tasks for the Commands. In actuality this means, a blured seperation of Civilian and Military personell on base. Most Jobs that are not required to be ranked, like Clerks, Chefs, Constructors and alike. However, the Armies can tell their personell to take these roles instead.
