Almpassian Empire
Just before the Galactic Community, a good Chunk of the Galactic North was Colonized by a Loose Planet States, that had very little Interest in interacting with the outside world. With the Establishment of the Community a Representative for the Almpassian Planet States was found and put into the Community, mostly as a News Source for Galactic Events and happenings. The Great Galactic War changed this. The Representative got more and more Power, by the End of the war the Almpassian States all adhered to their Prime Representative. Despite being part of the Community and later voting to join the Empire, they never really let anyone from the outside in. They also don't particularly like other Species to be on their worlds. Though using Metal and other High-tech Materials, they Prefer Specialized Atmospheres, Furniture and Food that most anyone who is not Fungoid finds revolting, scary or disgusting. Not helping their already “Cautious” stance towards the other Species.
