Tribes of Gafren
Tribes of Gafren inhabit the highland plateau to the north of the Jade Shores. They are a proud community of beast tamers, well known for forging bonds with some of the most ill dispositioned creatures. The rarity of such creatures spanning the highlands invites invaders and poachers to the region. They are met with fierce opposition time and time again, which keeps the bay below secluded from most of the rest of the world. The Ulthrazeen and the Kha'Azzra hold high regard for the Tribes, despite the little communication that happens between them. Although technically not a part of the "shores", the many tribes of beastkin people who live there are well regarded closer to sea level. The Gafren share an intense familial bond, even across the innumerable number of families that smatter the highland.
