Noc
During the height of the Orstad empire, there were many criminals that were too dangerous to risk leaving in arenas but could lead to them being a martyr should they be executed. To prevent public dealings with these criminals, most were shipped of to Noc, a frozen waste used as a prison colony.
Geography
Most of Noc is covered in glacial masses or solid permafrost, the likely hood of survival is next to Zero.
Fauna & Flora
Plantlife is minimal with only small amounts of grass on the exposed areas. Most animals that live on Noc are semi-aquatic, the most prevalent being walrus and penguins.
Natural Resources
Virtually none, however whaling and sealing fat can be sold in some areas.
