The Tops

Image Pending   The Tops are an organization of Adventurers that started with humble beginnings in the country of Dolten. After a series of escapades that brought them to numerous places, they established their home base on the Floating Island of Bastion, powered by the primal strength of the Linnorms. They are a group that seeks to protect Kalkatesh, and those that they hold dear, against coming threats both near and far. Wear your Top Hats proudly, for they signify your dedication, resolve, and will. TOPS! TOPS! TOPS! TOPS!    

Starter

A set of fine clothes, a set of Leatherworker's Tools, a set of Weaver's Tools, and a belt pouch containing 15gp  

General

Attribute Cap Increase: +2 Constitution; this boosts the maximum of the ability score, but not the score itself.   Tool Proficiencies: Leatherworker's Tools, Weaver's Tools   Glamored Top Hat
This top hat may become any form of fitting Top Hat on the wearer, no larger than a 5ft cube. If the Glamored Top Hat is unobstructed, it instantaneously reshapes and cleans itself. While wearing this hat, you gain a bonus +1 to Charisma Checks for each other Tops member wearing a Glamored Top Hat within 15 feet of you. Additionally, you gain a +1 bonus to Attack Rolls if there is another Tops member wearing a Glamored Top Hat within 15ft of you.
